Why Cerene?
As a child, I had a natural talent for comforting other children in distress, which left my parents amazed. But as I grew up, I realized my true passion was in the mental health profession, and I pursued with all my heart. With over 20 years of experience, I have helped parents develop healthier parenting styles, provided support to those caring for children with chronic medical conditions, and offered mental health treatment to individuals of all ages.
As a certified holistic life coach and multi-state licensed psychotherapist, I use my expertise and holistic approach to create a safe and supportive space for parents, where they can find motivation, validation, and become a well parent with less stress and confidence.
