Counseling and Consulting with Cerene, Inc. (CCC) serves residents and visitors in Antigua and Barbuda. CCC was founded in 2021 at the heart of our global pandemic but its foundation is at the heart of Cerene's love for Antigua and Barbuda and passion for healing and bringing joy to its people!
CCC delivers holistic health approach within services of wellness workshops for the community and businesses, counseling, and wellness coaching

Cerene is a holistic psychotherapist & expert in child and adolescent psychotherapy and development with over 20 years of experience working with children and families thriving with various mental health diagnosis and chronic medical conditions. Cerene's love and passion for her work with children and teenagers led to founding US based private mental health practice, Orchard Blue Counseling Services, staffed with a diverse clinical team.
Cerene is an alumni of Yeshiva's Wurzweiler School of Social Work where she received her Masters in Social Work degree, followed with acquiring her License in Clinical Social Work in several US states, a Certificate in Seminar in Field Instructor along with being a trained trauma focused clinician and becoming a Certified Holistic Life Coach thru Alan Cohen's Foundations for Holistic Coaching Training.
In 2021, Cerene launched an 8 week mental health initiative in Antigua and Barbuda to aid in increasing accessible mental health treatment and destigmatize mental health care. This help fuel the founding of Counseling and Consultation with Cerene (CCC).
CCC provides hybrid services of both virtual and in-person to increase access to compassionate, holistic services and products to aide in improving holistic mental health and wellness for children, teens and adults whether you are a native, expat or tourist. We are staffed with clinicians with experience and education on mental health and mental health illnesses.
Cerene is first generation, Black Antiguan-American, the youngest of 4 native children and Antiguan parentage. Cerene's mother hails from the village of Willikies and her father from Johnston's village. Cerene's mother ensured she remained connected to her roots with many summers spent in Antigua and Barbuda during school recess. Cerene maintained connections with frequent travels to Antigua at various holiday times then becoming a National of Antigua and Barbuda over 10 years ago.
