Meet Cerene

Cerene Prince is the founder, chief executive officer and holistic psychotherapist of Orchard Blue Counseling Services LCSW, PLLC (OBS).

Cerene's love and passion to work with children and teenagers led to embracing her calling to open OBS. Cerene's holistic clinical approach provides a space where children are heard, guided to develop a healthy self-esteem, strengthen their inherited resilience, and develop skills to manage emotions to build positive relationships with parents, adults and their peers.

Cerene is an alumni of Yeshiva's Wurzweiler School of Social Work where she received her Masters in Social Work degree. As a licensed psychotherapist, Cerene's many years of experience encompasses emotional support and clinical treatment of children and families in their homes and surrounding communities, and children and adults living with chronic and life limiting illnesses.

Personal Life

Cerene is a first generation Black, Caribbean-American, a descendant of Antigua and Barbuda. Cerene was raised in NYC's South East Queens with summers spent in Antigua that provided her an enriched culture which molded her love and study of dance, indulging in fused ethnic cuisines, and finding comfort in a warm Antiguan bun with a hot cup of fevergrass tea!

Whether in Queens or Antigua and Barbuda, you will find Cerene providing holistic psychotherapy, clinical supervision, speaking engagements and consultant.

Where ever you are in life, Cerene welcomes you to
